Established in November 2009, J. Salazar Construction Inc. is a locally-owned and -operated concrete company based in Palmview, Texas. Our owner has over 26 years of experience and is the third generation in his family to be involved in the concrete construction industry. Serving industrial, commercial and institutional customers of all sizes across the Rio Grande Valley, our concrete services include concrete polishing, foundation slabs, Laser Screed leveling, concrete paving, decorative tilt-up panels and concrete finishing, just to name a few. If it involves concrete, we can probably do it!
